When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, session duration, and approximate location. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Kutong VPN node distribution; 2. analyze regional connection quality through anonymized aggregates; and 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account messages. We limit retention and use of sensitive data under this policy.

We transmit anonymized or aggregated data only to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, app distribution, and feature improvement. Except where required by legal process, regulatory obligations, user protection needs, or confidential service-provider cooperation, we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App using your device standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. The App is not intended for minors under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If accidental collection is discovered, we will take deletion measures.
