This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kutong VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy or modify the App or associated trademarks without authorization, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pricing and will notify users in appropriate places. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account credentials; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and cause app failures.
The Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase crash reporting. During use, you are also subject to the respective terms of those service providers.
Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signal, or carrier restrictions. Use outside Wi-Fi or while roaming abroad may generate mobile data or roaming charges, which are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage. For example, failure to access the service due to a depleted device battery, local system issue, or unavailable local network is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by that information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within a reasonable scope; after termination, your license expires and you must stop using and delete the App.
Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Completed software sales are final. Once a license, digital access right, or subscription benefit has been activated, refund requests are generally not accepted.
Product Evaluation: We encourage users to evaluate the free version, trial access, or available product information before purchase to confirm that the client, nodes, and functions fit their network environment.
Customer Support: If you encounter installation, login, connection, or subscription issues, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help troubleshoot.
Technical Issues: In rare cases, local networks, device settings, or third-party platform restrictions may affect software use. We will try to resolve these issues, but troubleshooting itself does not automatically create a refund right.
Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if license keys, account benefits, or digital access rights are shared, resold, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
